Our AMS Scholars Bowl teams hosted their first event of the year yesterday against Nemaha Central, Perry-Lecompton, & Royal Valley. This was our first ever hosted event for middle school Scholars Bowl. Special congratulations to our 7th grade team who took 1st in this meet! The Scholars Bowl teams will host another meet again next week Thursday, February 26th at 4:00pm.

AMS Athletics: Please see the brackets for the 7th grade & 8th grade boys Big East League Tournament. This is a single elimination tournament.
8th grade
The 8th grade is the #11 seed and will play #6 seed Nemaha Central MS at 10:00am at Royal Valley HS. If the 8th grade wins, they will play again on Saturday at 12:00pm against Jefferson West MS. The address for tomorrow's game is 101 E 1st St. Hoyt, KS 66440.
7th grade
The 7th grade is the #2 seed and will have a 1st round bye. They will play the winner of Jefferson West & St. Mary's in the 2nd round starting at 12:00pm in the Rossville HS main gym. The address for Rossville HS is 800 Main St. Rossville, KS 66533.
