Valentine Parties will be held on Thursday, February 12th. Please review the visitor procedures for special school-day events at AES, such as the Valentine Party. Families are always welcome and encouraged to attend!
Enter through the back primary cafeteria doors, which will be clearly marked.
Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. All guests will remain in the primary cafeteria/gym until 2:35 p.m., at which time they will be released to classrooms.
Bring a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license).
Our staff will scan each ID at the back door. We will have multiple scanners available.
If the system identifies a concern, school administrators, safety officials, and/or law enforcement will be notified right away.
For the safety of all students, only authorized guests will be permitted to enter.
