Winter Parties are almost here! They will be held this Thursday, December 18th. Please review the visitor procedures for special school-day events at AES—such as the Winter Party—as there are a few updates since the Fall celebrations. Families are always welcome and encouraged to attend!
Enter through the back primary cafeteria doors, which will be clearly marked.
Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. All guests will remain in the primary cafeteria until 2:35 p.m., at which time they will be released to classrooms.
Bring a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license).
Our staff will scan each ID at the back door. We will have multiple scanners available.
If the system identifies a concern, school administrators, safety officials, and/or law enforcement will be notified right away.
For the safety of all students, only authorized guests will be permitted to enter.
