The Atchison Phoenix Men's Basketball team take on the Hayden Catholic High School Wildcats in a Sub-State Showdown! Your Atchison Phoenix are 23-0 in the regular season and the #2 seed in the post season, Wednesday they beat the Wamego Red Raiders 74 - 43. The Hayden Catholic High School Wildcats are 13-10 in the regular season and sit as the #10 seed in the post season. The Wildcats upset the #7 seed Independence High School 72 - 56. Whichever team wins in this game will go on the Sub-State 2 championship at a neutral site.
