In mid July USD 409 launched the Atchison Educational Channel,
cable channel 19.
The channel will be used to keep the community informed about
school and educational matters in USD 409.
AEC (Atchison Educational Channel) is run from the Atchison High School and will be run by Atchison High School students, under the direction of Bob Neidinger.
USD 409 Board Meetings will be recorded and broadcast: Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:00 am and 7:00 pm and also Saturday mornings at 10:00 am.
Channel 19 will announce: lunch menus, list events, alumni information, school closings (for bad weather) and much much more.
